Is it possible to create a FIRPTA Withholding field (check box) that would then auto calculate the 15% of purchase price amount and put on CD similar to how the RE commissions work. This would not only make the process more efficient, it would eliminate any chance of error being made when having to calculate it manually and add it on Cd
