We usually list out seller fees on page 1 section 500. At the moment we have to input these fees through the payoff screen in order to pull into escrow accounting, but would be helpful if we could manually add fees and have them pull from there than adding as payoffs.

The reason we don't allow for manual entries is for a few reasons. When you enter them in Payoff Information, it carries to the Settlement Statement, Escrow Accounting, and documents. Also, if you open the file as a HUD and you find out later you need to change it, if you enter it in Payoff Information, it will carry to the new Settlement Statement for you, otherwise you would lose it and you would have to enter it again.
Also, if you enter credits and/or prorations, and you manually enter some and not others it can cause other issues.
