In the Companies screen, you can indicate who the company is, and how they want to be listed as the insured, but you are limited to a certain number of characters. When faced with a lender who has an exact name to be listed on the CPL and Loan Policy, it should allow for as many characters as you need. You cannot go in and edit the CPL in word, so there is no way to satisfy the lender if the name is particularly long.

We have been looking in to this and will be working on an improvement. Some underwriters allow only a certain number of characters (the most is 255) and some others have no limit. We will be working on an enhancement to increase the Lender Name as Insured field to hold 255 characters but also verify based on the integration as to how many characters are allowed, if there is a limit.
