Sometimes months after closing the lender of a file that we have already closed out will reach out to us asking for an itemized breakdown of what was charged during recording from Simplifile as well as a disbursement ledger. The problem is once the file is closed out we have have to completely reopen the file in E-closing in order to be able to access Simplifile from the Recording Page.
