We need Additional Deposit Escrow drop downs.
In Florida. we will receive 2 or more deposits per file. In financial, we have for 1 deposit ONLY.
we need this to be updated as soon as possible please!
this is setting us uop for mistakes on escrow deposits.
Agreed - in FL we often have the first EMD and the 2nd EMD just after the inspection period. Having the option for more than one EMD is critical. As the compliance person, it will make my job much harder to put the 2ns deposit in another area.
i've posted this request previously as well!! Worcester County in MA still has instances where Broker holds initial deposit and Seller Attorney holds 2nd deposit. manipulating the system is frustrating.

We will look in to this. Our question for you is, do you want them to tally up and all go as one lump sum on the Deposit line, or have them listed separatly on the Settlement Statement? If the latter, for now, you can enter the inital deposit on Financial and then the other as a Credit. This will itemize them out and you will remain in balance in Escrow Accounting and not miss one.
