"Buyer" option instead of "Borrower"

On Cash purchases; specifically the HUD- clients have a big issue signing a document that indicates "borrower" instaed of "buyer" when using cash.

    Hello

    If the file is set to Cash and it is a HUD Settlement Statement, in Document Management you can generate the document called Settlement Statement (HUD Form) and this will change it to Buyer.
