We do numerous closings for the same clients. When we put the buyer/seller names in the file, the contact information, phone number, etc does not pop up. We have to re load everything.

We do have a Borrower and Seller Lookup function in the new UI, where once you enter their information in, it saves to the lookup and when you create a new file or add new Borrowers or Sellers to a file it will search the database for the name match. Once it finds the records, you will be presented with options and you can choose the one you want and copy the information.
