In the Title Policy Screen- Financial Information- Purpose- I would like it to autofill the refinance rate to avoid mistakes for post closing. If we are selecting it in that screen, we should be assuring the correct rate charged to the customer and avoid possible errors. We should have the chance to unselect it just in case, but it should automatically charge the correct rate.
