Add options to Dwelling Type and Property Use

Under Property Information- Dwelling Type as well as Property Use (New) and Property Use (Current), please add Land Only to these options. This should be pulling over the correct options with land only for things such as giving the option under Title Policy Information Screen when we select Owners we also would have to select Survey endorsement of $50.00 which we charge on land only but it is not showing available.
