This is useful as currently we are required to re-enter all of the same information and sometimes there are multiple mortgages and multiple assignments. This is time consuming and the change to make an error are increased and increases liability. The more time spent on doing the same thing twice, the less work we can do on other files and slows down the process. This can effect the bottom line for the company as we could turn over files faster if it was a little more efficient.
