More roles should be eligible for portal access (e.g. attorney, loan closer). As title agents often communicate with seller's attorneys, being able to send documents and message to and from the portal is important. The workaround of adding those parties as "Seller/Buyer Third Party" under "Transaction Parties" in the file summary screen is time consuming and does not allow you to choose a party from the rolodex. Similarly, a loan closer is typically one of the main points of contact from a lender so being able to communicate securely through the portal is important.
We use Title Leap along with ClosingVue to get all of the extra portal capabilities and communication features, without needing to change any of our existing processes in ClosingVue. It's the best of both worlds!
