To be able to split title insurance fees. Somtimes we have closings where they split everything equally between buyer and seller. Merged

As is now, you can't split the title insurance fees. You can only choose buyer or seller to pay. If they are splitting you have to do credits back and forth. It is not user friendly at all. It would be great to be able to change the fees on the CD or HUD manually and the premiums still split out like they should.
