When first opening the file it would be great if we could just enter a bunch of names under buyer/seller - Kinda of like the "Bulk Action" in the PAYOFF tab.
Sometimes there are 3+ buyers/sellers and it would be a lot easier when first setting up a file to just enter their names in 1 tab instead of click the type, enter the name, hit save and repeat for each party (keep the party type as a drop down next to the line).
