If you are entering recording information on the CD or HUD prior to the loan information being received and use the I.Tax line, once the loan info is entered, the I.Tax won't pull in the CD or HUD. It would be nice if that line had preprinted wording on it so that is isn't accidentally used, which can cause you to be short if not caught pre-closing.
