Add note section in each tab. Either in addition to or instead of having notes in it's own tab that we have to leave a section and read through all the notes to find any updates. Having a note box in the tabs so we can quickly make notes to the closer. For instance, if there was a note box in the seller tab, we could make a note to internal staff to keep sellers completely separated due to tumultuous divorce. Or if buyers make special requests we could add those notes in that section. This will minimize overlooking special instructions to know in the file.
