Whoever thought that now having to click three times just to display your contacts was a good idea or that it would help "speed up" slow people needs to go back and think about good user design.
Now I have to click contacts > select status then search just to see the list. If someone is experiencing slow response times they should check their computer and internet connection and Eclosing should make sure they have their servers properly load balanced and sufficient internet connectivity. Whoever design this way back never though about how many click are involved to do what should be simple tasks (recall the request to make the document package documents unchecked by default to cut down on numerous clicks).

it was working find as it was and then someone decided to just change it because someone was "slow" not good programming at all. There definite has been a theme with Eclosing since I started using in 2020 it seems they love to have us click click click instead of reducing the # of clicks and screen you need to move to to get things done.
We applogize for the inconvenience. You should not have to make any selections. You should be able to just click search and it should default to all active records, but I see that is broken. We have a fix for this in the next release.
