It would be great to schedule estoppel, lien search and title orders with a 24-hour reminder. Example - schedule lien search order for the day after the inspection period ends. A reminder to be sent out the day before to confirm the scheduled order.
I'm not talking about checklists. I'm referring to actually placing the order in advance so you don't have to wait until a future date to place the search order. You already entered the order, and it will be released on the date you selected with a 24-hour notice that the order will be released to the vendor on said date.
You can set events/tasks up and add them to checklists. You can also set how many days you wish an item to be completed by and if you want to be alerted it is overdue.
