I would like for the process of doing prorations to flow from the worrksheets to the Settlement Statement so that I do not have to go in and out of the HUD maintenance platform all the time to check the input and math.

Thank you for your response. In Doubletime, all of the information needed for prorations was contained in one line below the amount of the proration. This seems to me like it should be an easy thing to add.

    Many thanks,

Thank you for clarifying. We do have a Proration Worksheet document, which would perhaps help during the closing. I do understand that wouldn't help on the HUD/CD when you are reviewing it.

As for reviewing the HUD/CD, I will add/modify the summary to see about maybe an on hover on the settlement statement maintenance pages. I don't think there would be enough space to display it all but perhaps an on hover to show the breakdown. Would that work?

I know that I can see everything on the Proration pages, but I cannot see everythin on the Settlement Statement. I am not the one who enters information on the proration pages, that is done by our paralegals. But, I am the one who reveiws everything prior to the closing. The part that is annoying is jumping back and forth between the prorations pages and the HUD maintenance pages. Also, I am the one who explains everything at closings to customers, and it would be helpful for them to understand the prorations if they can see the date on the HUD

    Hello

Can you please provide more information? If you are looking to see what the proration will be, while on the Proration screen, you can click "Show Proration" and it will display the number of days and total and if it is a credit or debit to the borrower.
If that isn't what you are referring to, please let us know what you are referring to.

    Thank you
