Assessments - Include spot for land value & building value
In a few of the states we do business in, lenders want to see the breakdown of the assessed value (land + building = total assessed value). It would be great for the Property Tax Screen to allow us to split that up so it reflects on the tax cert.
I actually use the Description field on the tax screen for the breakdown of the appraised value.
