Please allow us to add buyer commissions in the same area as seller commissions. This is more common than ever, and we have to add it as a payoff. It creates some confusion because these fees show up in a different section on the CD. Also, create a field in the same area for us to add the additional admin fees that brokers charge and the disbursements they make from commissions. When a realtor contributes to the HW they want us to show it on the face of the ALTA rather than in the back office.
