Create individual documents in a file when Generating Multiple Documents and selecting 'Save to File'

One example would be a request for a document from a file. If I generated 5 documents at the same time, I only have one document listed in the file that is a single PDF. I need to scrub through that document to find the one requested or regenerate it as a single document. It would clearer and more efficient if each document generated would be named and saved to the file individually.
