Construction Loan Endorsements (CLE) are issued as construction progresses. At this time ClosingVue does not allow the owner and mortgagee policy to be submitted separately from the CLE. This also means each CLE (there can be several during construction) cannot be submitted until construction is final. This requires the policies and each CLE to be mailed to the FUND as issued.
