On the HUD maintenance page where entering the recording information such as the number of pages for the mortgage and deed it should also ask the number of names and parcels as the counties all charge extra for names and parcels as well. This way it would auto calculate these numbers and we would not need to hand enter them.
It would also be great if an additional (2nd) mortgage could be added so the simultaneous recording fees could calculate.

Yes, name count is a big one! Also it would be great it if didn't make you check a box for Credit Union unless you need it it. If you don't it could just auto not delete Int Tax and let it be normal.
