I'm in central time and if I need emergency support after 4:00 (5:00 EST), I am out of luck. Sat on hold for 30 minutes then was told to leave a message after waiting all that time. No response to emails either.
We do have a Customer Support Representative on until 5:30 EST. Our email address is support@e-closing.com. Please make sure that is the email only and nothing else is added in. We changed Support Platforms earlier this year and if the email address you type in gets changed based on a prior submission, we would not have received it.
