This is a CRITICAL change. When the purchase price is modified, doc stamps should automatically adjust to the new purchase. I did not catch this on a recent closing and it was very embarrassing to back and collect the difference from the Seller post-closing and disbursement. Prior software did this automatically. Did not notice the yellow areas.
