Whenever there is an outage or disruption, could you either send out a mass email OR if able, on the landing page of the program, post an outage notice with what is going on or expected ETA or that Technicians are working to restore. Another idea would be to add something to the tech support phone # when we call in ("we are aware of an outage.... etc")
