It would also be beneficial in that it would allow the company to provide online forms to collect information from parties (realtors, sellers, buyers, loan officers) for their completion thereby eliminating and/or minimizing data entry/data entry mistakes on the closer side. It would allow the company to push this information completed by a party directly into the Rolodex saving time and mistakes.
Alternatively, you could add a form builder tool allowing us to send out links for parties to complete data entry.
