When creating a policy we have to review the information in the Text Description Page. There are standard exceptions that auto populate for both Owner's Policies and Loan Policies. Sometimes we don't need these exceptions on the policies because for example we have a survey. It would save time if we were able to select multiple items and delete them at once. It would function similar to the Commitment Schedule B-II Exceptions. You would be able to select the boxes for the items you don't want on your policy and then you would select Save at the bottom of the screen and they would disappear. Of course they are able to be restored just as they are currently. This would benefit everyone who types up policies by eliminating the need to delete each item and confirming each item. I know in my experience it can take up to 30 secs for the screen to show back up before I can delete the next item. After a while that time really does add up.
