Could there be a way to run a final check before we send a CD/HUD to be sure that all required fields are entered (i.e., commissions, transfer taxes, recording fees)? Sometimes things that need to be entered manually are missed because we got distracted or forgot to save and then we send a CD/HUD without all of the required fees. This isn't a problem if we catch it prior to settlement but if it is not found until the parties are at the table it can cause a lot of stress.
