Partner Services should be in Title Policy Information Screen
Partner Services will not let your order a title search until you toggle the switch on the Title Policy information Screen, so I find I am working ahead through screens just to go back to order the search under the Property Screen/Partner Services.
Hi Terry, thank you for your submission. The partner services requirements differ based on the vendor / underwriter as far as what they require for an order to be placed. Most do not require policy information. However, any that do you should still be able to enter that information in the modal when placing the order. If it is entered on the title policy screen it will automatically pull it in but if it is not entered there you can check the boxes and enter it in manually. If you are unable to do so please contact our support team for assistance.
