Events Schedule Date Triggered by Previous Event Completed

For event checklist, add an additional option type for Schedule basis (start) and Completion basis (due) date to something like Prior Event Completed. The idea is to add an event once another event has been completed and calculate the due date based on the date the prior event was completed.

For example, an event named Order Payoff has been completed. Then a scheduled event named Payoff Received would be displayed. (Order Title Search > Title Search Received, Order Lien Search > Lien Search Received, Order Survey > Survey Received, etc.)

By doing this you can set you completion basis offset days to more accurately fit your specific timeline. In the example above, the schedule event Payoff Received can be customized with a completion basis of +5 days from Prior Event (Order Payoff). That way if more time has gone by since the order date, you can follow up to make sure there was not an issue with the order being received.

Note: I currently have both Order Payoff and Payoff Received as events, sometimes the timing is off or there is a large gap and things can fall through the cracks. Example, the Payoff is received before the event has been scheduled or payoff ordered was checked off but never actually ordered and I do not discover timely since the due date was based on a one size fits all timeline.
