In the buyer section when you select individual, the only options we can select "primary" or "co borrower", both options indicate they are going on the loan, maybe add a 3rd option as "non borrowing, buyer" ?
Hi Gayle - thank you for your submission. We do have check boxes under the additional information section on the buyer/borrower information screen where you can indicate if they are taking title and/or financially liable. These flags are used in various places to determine who should show. For example, a buyer/borrower that is not marked as financially liable will not show on the CD.
