Effective January 1, 2024, a Deed in Florida will no longer be recorded if the witness names are not legible printed and their address written underneath printed name. If the additional lines were already generated with the deed that would eliminate having to create the lines or potentially forgetting to do so when you have a seller that is signing as a mailaway.
If witness names and addresses could be added in the set up screens to populate to all documents that would be helpful instead of having to do it for each document.
