Allow user to add a Payment and Payee to lines 104 & 105 of a closing statement without having to add it to the payoff tab.

There is no reason why we cannot add to the closing statement on page 1 the way we do page 2. The user should be allowed to add a payment to lines 104 & 105 along with a payee name and have it flow to the balance sheet without having to add to the payoff tab.

    Hello

The reason why you cannot add them manually to page 1 is for a few reasons. If you enter it in one place (Payoff Information), it carries through to several places in the system - the settlement statement, escrow accounting (including the address if your checks print with the address), payoff letters, and we have two integrations for payoffs.

Also, if you start off with one settlement statement (for example the HUD) and decide you need the Closing Disclosure, the manual entries don't carry through, they are removed. If they are entered in Payoff Information, it will transfer over properly.
