Make the Copy from Property button, a radio button instead. If this “copy from property” field is selected for the borrower’s address the borrower's address gets greyed out and it points instead to the property information.
This would be useful if the transaction cancels, and the buyer purchases a different property. Instead of the new file inputting the address of the old property that did not proceed (cancelled contract), it would remain pointing to the new address their buying.
This avoids the error this field creates in the buyer’s address, since it copies a property for the buyer for a contract that was cancelled.
Let's be honest no one thinks to remove the buyers address before opening a new file.
