After recent updates Word Documents now default to RTF not DOC
I would call this a correction but that is not an option: A few months ago after an update was rolled out, now when you chose to open a document in word it defaults to RTF (who uses that format) instead .doc please put it back to the way it was.
Please add more characters to description on payment screen (Need more than the 40 alloted)
This is useful because when we put a payoff we always say "Mortgage Payoff to.....and entity" or July 2023 Property Taxes to City of...." and there is not enough room in the description screen to do this.
for some reason the buyer and seller information section is VERY slow to populate when switching from one screen to another. Can this be programed to show up instantly like all other sections?

closing date and property address added to general information
The property address and closing date should be included at the top of the file summary under the general information section. The way it is set up now, it is not easy to see/differentiate from the rest of the text on the screen.
I'm back to E-closing after 2.5 years with Qualia. I've opened my own company and very excited. I noticed on the e-closing 2.0 that each file starts with General information. It doesn't flow well. The most important item to see when opening a file...
Add closing date at the top of the file summary page in 'General Information'. Currently, the closing date is only shown hidden in the 'Financial Information' portion.
Can you make the seller information field appear first in order rather than buyer info so that it follows the contract. And now that the listing agent is on the right and listed first, it would align with that data as well on the main screen.
