I recommend that you move the ? mark on the right bottom of the screen to another location. I am having trouble to move down the pages because the ? gets on my way.
Make reconciliation check section easier to check off
There's is too much space between the check box and the amounts of the checks. Make the description section shorter to make it easier to verify amounts with check numbers.
We use many of the same bar codes for each file (e.g., Deed to Record, Mortgage to Record, Post Closing Checklist). It would be very helpful to be able to have all required Bar Codes print out with all other documents in a Document Package.
Is there a way to set up e-closing so that every time we open a file the file includes a particular document. Meaning, for each file we will need to send wiring instructions to the lender and buyer. Rather than having to go into Generate Documents...
I was told that there is no way to receive a confirmation of remitted policy payments and that I should check my bank account. Having a payment confirmation (and automatically posting payment to Escrow Accounting) would be very helpful.
For those of us that pay taxes in arrears, it would be helpful to have the taxes we entered labeled as estimated taxes instead of just taxes. It is tedious to have to relabel that field manually for more than half the year.
