Add an option for more than 1 person to hold P&S deposit. for instance, in Worcester County where Listing Broker holds initial deposit and Seller Attorney holds 2nd deposit. As opposed to having to manually adjust on page 3.

Contacts change companies. It would be better to assign a contact to a company instead of deleting the contact from one company to add them to another.

If the buyer is going to live in the property then their forwarding address in the buyer info page should populate to the deed, not the current address

Kindly set up escrow defaults that lender fees are automatically set to be net funded. I would say 99% our our transactions are net funded. Thankyou

Multiple county and parcel closings you have to split out and separately figure the tax and recording. It would be helpful to be able to add additional counties/recording to the recording area for the program to figure the tax and page count alloc...
