Closing Portal

Please add an option to reflect the commission amounts based on the GROSS purchase price when there is a closing cost credit.

Would like to able to select multiple documents but also generate them separately in PDF or Word

It would be extremely helpful if we were able to SIMPLY move (i.e. drag & drop) the Borrower's/Guarantors into the Order we want/need the document signed.

I have never received a loan app from a lender to order title. They send a title order request which has all the information. If that could be added it would be a game changer. It would save at least 15 to 20 minutes per file for order entry.

Has there been any consideration of making an e-closing app for the portal users?

It would be great to be able to assign SSN information for each individual in the trust if there is no Trust EIN.

Right now there is an option for only one person in the LLC to be a portal user. IF there are 2 managers, etc only one can use the portal. There should be a way to make each person a portal user just like individual sellers can.
