For document packages - make the default UNCHECKED for all
Each time I go into any of the default packages I have to unclick multiple items (ie: the warranty deed & closing disclosures). The default should be unchecked (or allowed to change that setting in the user's profile)

i find it is difficult to see the file number, name, etc. on the tab. Especially when you have multiple tabs open. Creating a header on the open page or window would make it easier to identify what window you are looking at.
