i find it is difficult to see the file number, name, etc. on the tab. Especially when you have multiple tabs open. Creating a header on the open page or window would make it easier to identify what window you are looking at.

Colored coded block with information for the various parties involved such as buyers, sellers, brokers and attorneys, etc. would make it easier to read.
