PINNED Add a notification when you recieve an Order in the notifications section
When you receive an order back from the underwriter, lien search or other vendor, a notification should show in e-closing. Right now, we only get an email, which is good but shouldn't it be inside e-closing as well?

a choice of a percentage or a dollar amount for Lender's Origination fee in the work flow.

I deal with many lenders who use a set dollar amount instead of a percentage. I would make things easier if than could be put in the financial screen rather than Manually on the CD.

Fraud alert - it would be great if when we get Fraud alerts from our underwriters, if there was a way to input names and addresses somewhere in the system that would give a warning alert if we try to open a file with those names or addresses.

To be able to split title insurance fees. Somtimes we have closings where they split everything equally between buyer and seller.

As is now, you can't split the title insurance fees. You can only choose buyer or seller to pay. If they are splitting you have to do credits back and forth. It is not user friendly at all. It would be great to be able to change the fees on the CD...
