When I'm creating HUD/CD Defaults I would like to be able to select which County/Counties the defaults apply. We charge different fees based on the County of the property.

To look at each of my teams, I currently have to modify the white board whaich takes a couple of steps. I monitor each of my teams often, and it would be great if I could just switch from one team to another with a simple click of a button.

It would be great if you could drop files into folders on the File Summary Screen rather just into the general file and then going to Document Management - Generate Documents - move to the appropriate folder in the file

When I use simplifle through eclosing, recorded documents, page 1 of recorded documents for every doc recorded show up in the documents section. This can be between 2 - 18 extra documents. Can they be automatically routed into a specific subfolder?

We think it would be helpful to extract or filter files by real estate agent. We try to keep our agents updates with their transactions and being able to pull files based on which agent would be very helpful and efficient.

This is very helpful to have the attorney assigned to this file on the escrow detail so we know how to bill the client. Each attorney has a hourly rate and the accountant is so extremely busy that it takes time away for her to go look up the attorney

Having the name of the LLC/Corporation/Trust, etc. rather than the individual's name print on the Bank Activity Report.

When using the Update and Print function to post a receipt, retain a copy as a scanned/saved document in order to more easily facilitate the sending of that item via either encrypted email or the portal.
