Allowing the user to include a company as Trustee of seller Trust is useful for any closings where the Trustee is a company. At this time, all documents must be modified to include the company's name as Trustee.

Block out the "issue policy jacket" and not make it active until the commitment jacket is issued. ESPECIALLY for The Fund. It's extremely inconvenient to void jackets, then duplicate files just to issue new jackets.

Updated summary: Would like to be able to add notes to each contact/tab so you don't have to sort through the notes on file summary. There are three phases of a file here. It would be helpful to be able to have a check list for each phase.
