Would love to be able to send our abstractor (or any contact) multiple pdfs saved to the document section at one time.

The ability to delete a date for the notary on mail away transactions. Currently can only be edited in Word.

Page 5 of the CD should pull the information for the attorney closing the transaction from the attorney inforamion an dnot the paralegal assigned.

There should be a way to add test descriptions / clauses to deeds, bills of sale or any other document. currently all of this has to be edited and added in Word.

Butler credit should be computed on dollar amount and not percentqage basis.

Cannot input exception rates for title premiums. This need sot be done from time to time on a case by case basis. We neeed to have the ability to do so.

Presently, I have to go into each barcode, open file, print and then delete.

many lenders have the same address for the different fields. So instead of having to copy and paste on every address of the lender section, a button that automatically copies all would be great .

It would be great if we could build/generate packages of barcodes like we can our closing packages. We use 7-10 barcodes at once when we put the file in, and 18-30 (depending if it is cash or financed) when we are scanning in our file post closing...

Please, we need to add logic in eClosings on the deed recording cost. We need for eClosings to compare the assessed value dervied from the Property Tax Section (which is the default value on the deed recording cost on the lookup ernst data screen)...
