Have a contract drop box where we upload a contract and CV would be able to pull certain info into the file like the 1003 drop does.

For the people who handle the escrow accounting, it would be great to have the application open (and return) directly to that screen once a file is selected.

Certain regions require school tax to pull onto the CD/HUD and Escrow. Currently all school tax prorations calculate correctly, but do not pull to settlement statements. These are required taxes, resulting in adding manually to each file.
