E-Closing Core

When a WORD doc is opened from File Summary and edited, clicking "save" in WORD would save all changes to that document within the file. This would allow for multiple team members to edit the same document until perfect for closing.

Running a weekly report per closer and not just per team. There is not an easy way to split closings.

I wish there was a way to combine all the documents together so, when I send a closing package, it shows as ONE package/link to my closer.

It will benefit title companies in that will easily track the sales rep responsible for bringing in the the new title transaction

I recommend that you move the ? mark on the right bottom of the screen to another location. I am having trouble to move down the pages because the ? gets on my way.

Ability for lenders to change the loan amount, capped by a certain percentage, and then regenerate a title package through the closing portal, which would give them an updated commitment and Prelim Closing Disclosure.

There is an option for Seller only, and we would like to see an option for Buyer only, this will enable us to track our Buyer Rep files.

Word and Outlook give you ability to click microphone and talk the text in lieu of typing.

It would be great if we didn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to access the next page on the whiteboard. If the page numbers could be frozen at the top of the screen so that as you scroll down it stays visible at the top that would avoid...

We use many of the same bar codes for each file (e.g., Deed to Record, Mortgage to Record, Post Closing Checklist). It would be very helpful to be able to have all required Bar Codes print out with all other documents in a Document Package.
