Sometimes the commission is split unevenly between buyer and seller, i.e. for the buyer's agent 1% is paid by buyer and 2% is paid by seller. This is not possible to split in the current set up.
Perhaps adding (unless I don't see it) a selection for a designated lender Attorney similar to the Attorney data entry fields for the Buyers and Sellers would be a good idea?

There are occasions when we need to rearrange the Borrowers. The designation of Primary Borrower does not locate that Borrower as the first signor. It would save a huge amount of time by allowing us to arrange the Borrowers by Drag and Drop.

When using a CD, we can view the information at the top to verify its accuracy, however, when using a HUD, it is not there to view. You must go print/view the HUD from the Document Management screen to verify its accuracy.
