Add % of ownership for multiple borrowers/buyers in a purchase sale transaction (like it exists in the seller section).

This would be helpful when generating the documents to automatically reflect the % of ownership of each buyer (especially in the Warranty Deed) so that no manual entry is needed.

Allow for inputting of legal descriptions for additional properties

Currently Closing Vue only provides an area for the legal description under the Primary Property. It would be great if legals could be inputted for additional properties as well. Also great would be tags for those additional legal descriptions.

Not having to enter the year for file look up....

If you file number is 2019-512, it would be nice to only enter 512 and have the system pull up those files that end in 512.

IN HOA Proration - Semi Annual - be able to choose the payment dates, not all are Jan/July

Sometimes an HOA will have dues due semi-annual, due months other than Jan/July - if we could choose the payment dates, the proration would be accurate and not have to be overwritten

Refresh Button needs to be on each page.

Please add the refresh button to each page. It is very inconvenient for the updated information to not transfer when working on a file, OR make the save button refresh.

On the Seller screen in the title drop down for how title is held can you add OTHER or CONSERVATOR so we don't have to go through and edit ever closing document in Word format.

It would be helpful so that we don't have to go through every closing document we print and edit in word. I had property held in a conservatorship and changing every document in a word format to add Conservator is time consuming.
