An attorney or an agent sometimes have two emails that they use for their files. It'd be good to have an option to add that second email.

I am a doubletime user and love to be able to pull in info on prior properties we have closed on.

Certain regions require school tax to pull onto the CD/HUD and Escrow. Currently all school tax prorations calculate correctly, but do not pull to settlement statements. These are required taxes, resulting in adding manually to each file.

Currently you can select to charge the Title Premiums to Buyer or Seller. Most of our file the Title Premium is split evenly between the two. Can you add a split button to the choices?

This would be helpful when generating the documents to automatically reflect the % of ownership of each buyer (especially in the Warranty Deed) so that no manual entry is needed.
