Basically what the idea line is. I'd like to be able to sort the doc packages in the order we use them in not alphabetically. I add numbers to the beginning of the package name but then it merges with that name so we have to adjust it.

An attorney or an agent sometimes have two emails that they use for their files. It'd be good to have an option to add that second email.

Many Realtors use Transaction Coordinators, and these are often the point of contact. There is a place to add Assistant, however, in the Rolodex there is no Transaction Coordinator in the pull down menu.

It would be so helpful to be able to search files by the loan number that are given by the lender because a lot of lenders send wires or email & only provide that information.

Certain regions require school tax to pull onto the CD/HUD and Escrow. Currently all school tax prorations calculate correctly, but do not pull to settlement statements. These are required taxes, resulting in adding manually to each file.

There is an uncheck all or check all button but what if only 1 group is being disbursed via check or wire.

Pulling the future mailing address (when completed) so that the check gets returned to the correct address (current address or property address)
